SORREL RUM SORBET
We begin our sorrel rum sorbet by steeping dried petals of the hibiscus flower in boiling water. We traditionally add cinnamon and cloves to the brewed tea and finally we top it all off with Caribbean dark rum. This combination makes for a bold and intense flavor that is truly reminiscent of Christmas in the islands.
Ingredients: Sorrel, Cinnamon, Cloves, Dark Rum, Sugar and Water
Does not contain Dairy. Contains Alcohol.
SOURSOP
Soursop is our most popular flavor! We keep this gem as authentic as possible, by adding fresh soursop pulp from Grenada to our premium sweet cream base and absolutely nothing else. This makes for a sweet, slightly fruity, nostalgic flavor that most have come to cherish and enjoy.
Ingredients: Soursop Pulp, Heavy Cream, Milk, Sugar, Egg Yolks and Salt

NUTMEG
We use freshly grated nutmeg from Grenada in each pint of nutmeg ice cream. Reminiscent of your Christmas eggnog, this bright and spicy flavor pairs well with almost any flavor cake or pie. Add a splash of spiced rum and it’s a party.

GUAVA CHEESECAKE
Guava cheese is a popular sweet treat in Trinidad and Tobago. This ice cream flavor has bursts of tart guava and cream cheese with a sweet delicate balance of Ovaltine cookie crumble that is our version of the graham cracker crust.
